performed environmental remediation and restructured the lease with the
current tenant, Color Spot Nurseries, into a long term lease.
Approximately 20.5 acres were sold in January 2004 to an investor as a
leased investment to hold for future development. In April 2004, 20.44
acres were sold to KB Home for a single-family home project. The
remaining 8.2 acres of vacant land is being marketed for sale.
