DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

The senior ZKS Real Estate Partners staff comes from a development background and we use this expertise to pursue development opportunities for our clients and for our own account. We currently are processing plans for the development of a hotel, retail, and office/flex complex in Richmond, CA, as well as the entitlement processing of a 20,000 acre water project for Zurich Life and Kemper Insurance.
