Kris Kaiser Corporate Controller & Treasurer
Kris is responsible for all the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company. He also handles asset management duties for some client owned projects. Oversight of partner and client reporting falls under Kris’ command as well as the financial analysis on new development projects.
Kris has been with ZKS for 3½ years, after having been with The Koll Company and Koll Development Co. for 8 years. As a VP of Finance with Koll, he supervised the project accounting function and was head of the financial analysis department. Kris is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
