Marty Papagni Property Manager
Marty joined ZKS in 2005 to direct all our property management activities for our clients. She also provides construction management services and supervises ZKS’ building engineering staff operating in the field.
Marty’s considerable real estate experience began with building her own business, a 25 store chain of retail coffee locations in major malls in California beginning in 1983. What a visionary! She followed her real estate experience after selling the coffee business, directing the property management at Applied Properties. Marty is a graduate of Columbia State University in Louisiana.
