Jonathan Winslow Vice President
Jonathan began his career with Bedford Properties as a Project Manager in their Hospitality Group, developing hotel and restaurant properties. Moving to Kemper Real Estate Management Company, he was a Senior Development Manager, managing the operation and disposition of Kemper’s Northern California land portfolio as well as many of their investment properties. Prior to joining ZKS, Jonathan was Vice President of Development for Koll in Northern California, overseeing the development of nearly 1.5 million square feet of Class “A” office, warehouse and flex projects. Jonathan has extensive portfolio experience, having also worked at WinShip Properties redeveloping and repositioning retail, office, and hospitality assets.At ZKS, Jonathan leads the company’s development projects and serves as an asset manager on the remaining Kemper land assets. He is currently directing the renovation of a 425,000 square foot industrial park and an additional 150,000 square feet of new development. Jonathan is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA.
